SCOPE OF RECOGNITION. 1.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the Employer save and except the three (3) Managers, two (2) Administrative Assistants, Resource Co-ordinator, Executive Director, those above that rank and those excluded by the Act. 1.02 The Employer, if requested, shall provide the Union, once per year, with a list containing the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all bargaining unit employees.
