SCOPE OF RECOGNITION. 1:01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for employees in classifications included in the bargaining unit as certified by the Manitoba Labour Board under specific certificates, or as may be granted 1:02 Persons whose jobs are not classified within the bargaining unit shall not work on jobs on a regular and recurring basis which have been determined as being within the bargaining unit except where it has been mutually agreed upon by both parties or in the case of training or emergency.
