SCOPE OF RECOGNITION. 2.01 The Employer recognizes PCAM as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for those Employees employed by an Employer within the Employers Organization defined in Certificate HSBURA-0039, save and except those excluded by The Labour Relations Act, as well as, such further and other class or classes of Employees as may be agreed upon by the parties during the currency of this Agreement or any extension thereof. 2.02 No Employee shall be required to make a written or verbal agreement with the Employer which may conflict with the terms of this Agreement, in accordance with Section 72(1) of The Labour Relations Act.
