Scottish Transfer definition

Scottish Transfer means an assignation of a Scottish Mortgage or Mortgages in the relevant form referred to in paragraphs (c) and (d) of Clause 6.3 (Transfer Documents) of the Mortgage Sale Agreement with such modifications as may be permitted from time to time in accordance with such Clause;

More Definitions of Scottish Transfer

Scottish Transfer means an assignation of Scottish Mortgages registered (or subject to an application for registration) in the Land Register of Scotland to be granted pursuant to Clause 3.8(b) of the Deed of Charge.

  • Notice of Transfer With regard to Distressed Mortgage Loans that will become Transferred Mortgage Loans, the notice given by the related Prior Servicer (if such Prior Servicer is Aurora) to the Master Servicer, the applicable Custodian, the Trustee and the Special Servicer or by the Master Servicer (if the related Prior Servicer(s) are not Aurora) to the Prior Servicer(s), the applicable Custodian, the Trustee and the Special Servicer, in each case substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.
