Upon receipt of the Relevant Notice, the Company shall issue and register up to such number of Class A Ordinary Shares to the Founder Investors as may be necessary or required to effect or facilitate the Founder Investors’ rights under the Relevant Agreements.
The Lessee shall have no liability to the Lessor for complying with any instruction or direction received from the Security Trustee after receipt of a Relevant Notice.
