Screening Term definition

Screening Term means the two-year period commencing on the Effective Date, as extended pursuant to Section 2.4 hereof, unless this Agreement is earlier terminated in accordance with Article 10 below, in which event the Screening Term shall terminate on the effective date of such termination.
Screening Term means the period during which Active Screening may be conducted commencing on the Effective Date and terminating three (3) years from the Effective Date unless earlier terminated as provided herein or unless extended by mutual agreement.''
