Seasonal dwelling definition

Seasonal dwelling means a dwelling that is occupied or used for less than 180 days per year and less than 120 consecutive days.
Seasonal dwelling means a residential unit as identified by the Property Valuation Services Corporation filed roll; and occupied as a secondary residence, not used or intended to be used for year-round occupancy, and not occupied for greater than six months per calendar year;
