Hunting and Fishing. 4.01 Employees of Lessee, its agents, contractors and subcontractors, and employees of contractors and subcontractors shall not engage in hunting or fishing upon said land, except as permitted by law.
Hunting and Fishing. This lease allows for the production and harvest of hay products only. No other lease privileges, including tenant hunting, fishing, fur harvesting, and other such activities are granted and/or implied.

Any person found to have violated this provision may be denied further access to the leased premises for any purpose. Furthermore, Lessor retains the right for Lessor its successors, assigns and invitees to fish and xxxx anywhere on the leased premises and this Lease grants written permission to xxxx within safety zones in accordance with Pennsylvania Game Commission laws and regulations.
Hunting and Fishing. Public fishing is permitted with a valid license. Hunting is not permitted due to the danger and liability associated with the invitation of the public to enter the CALIFORNIA BEND PROJECT area for other activities.
