SEBI Process Circular definition

SEBI Process Circular means the SEBI ICDR Regulations and any other applicable law, rule, regulation or direction issued by the SEBI, including, to the extent applicable, the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/DIL/3/2010 dated April 22, 2010, the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/DIL/8/2010 dated October 12, 2010, the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/DIL/1/2011 dated April 29, 2011, the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/DIL/2/2011 dated May 16, 2011, the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/14/2012 dated October 4, 2012, the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/4/2013 dated January 23, 2013, the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/ POLICYCELL/11/2015 dated November 10, 2015, the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/DIL/1/2016 dated January 1, 2016, the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/DIL/CIR/P/2016/26 dated January 21, 2016, the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/DIL2/CIR/P/2018/22 dated February 15, 2018 and the UPI Circulars;

SEBI Process Circular means the SEBI ICDR Regulations, SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/DIL/1/2011 dated April 29, 2011, as modified by SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/POLICYCELL/11/2015 dated November 10, 2015, read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/DIL/CIR/P/2016/26 dated January 21, 2016, the June 2023 Master Circular and the SEBI UPI Circulars.

SEBI Process Circular means the SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/DIL/1/2011 dated April 29, 2011 as modified by SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/POLICYCELL/11/2015 dated November 10, 2015 read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/DIL/CIR/P/2016/26 dated January 21, 2016, to the extent referred to and rescinded by SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/70 dated May 17, 2023, the UPI Circulars, the SEBI ICDR Master Circular and the SEBI RTA Master Circular.

  • Procurement Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Tetra Tech International Development) or upon the earlier termination of the process

  • template version has the meaning ascribed to such term in NI 41-101 and includes any revised template version of marketing materials as contemplated by NI 41-101;

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.

  • Electrostatic application means the application to a substrate of charged atomized paint droplets that are deposited by electrostatic attraction.
