Second Disbursement definition

Second Disbursement means the second disbursement of funds from the Escrow Account to the Issuer, in an amount equal to the aggregate amount standing to the credit of the Escrow Account on the Second Escrow Release Date.

Second Disbursement means the second Disbursement of Term Loans made by the Term Loan Lenders on the Second Disbursement Date.

Second Disbursement has the meaning given to it in Section 5.4 of Schedule “A”. Second Disbursement Top-up has the meaning given to it in Section 5.5(b)(i)(B)(2) of Schedule “A”. Second Disbursement means the second disbursement of funds to the Recipient, as set out in Schedule D.
