Second Supplemental Trust Deed definition

Second Supplemental Trust Deed means the second supplemental trust deed to the Principal Trust Deed (as supplemented by the First Supplemental Trust Deed), to be dated on or about the Settlement Date between, the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Existing Bonds Trustee for the purpose of amending the Conditions and the Original Trust Deed.
Second Supplemental Trust Deed means the second supplemental trust deed between the Lender and the Trustee dated [●] February 2013 supplementing the Trust Deed in relation to the Further Notes; and

  • Supplemental Trust Deed means the supplemental trust deed which constitutes and secures, inter alia, the Notes, dated 3 November 2016 and made between the Lender, the Trustee and the agents named therein.
