Second Supplemental Trust Deed definition

Second Supplemental Trust Deed means the second supplemental trust deed to the Principal Trust Deed (as supplemented by the First Supplemental Trust Deed), to be dated on or about the Settlement Date between, the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Existing Bonds Trustee for the purpose of amending the Conditions and the Original Trust Deed.
Second Supplemental Trust Deed means the supplemental trust deed relating to the Trust Deed dated 11 February 2022;
