Second Tier Bonds definition

Second Tier Bonds means the Borrower’s $59,315,000 Convention Center Hotel Second Tier Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017B, dated May 1, 2017.
Second Tier Bonds means Bonds payable from and secured by the Second Tier Debt Service Account.
Second Tier Bonds means the Series 2017B Bonds and all Additional Bonds issued on a parity with the Series 2017B Bonds.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the purchasing Noteholder is purchasing from a Borrower Party, the Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price shall not include the amounts described under clauses (d) through (f) of this definition. If the Mortgage Loan is converted into a Foreclosure Property, for purposes of determining the Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price, interest will be deemed to continue to accrue on Note A at the Note A Default Rate as if the Mortgage Loan were not so converted. In no event shall the Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price include amounts due or payable to the Purchasing Noteholder under this Agreement.

  • Existing Bonds means the following obligations of Seller:

  • Intercompany Notes means, with respect to each Pledgor, all intercompany notes described in Schedule 11 to the Perfection Certificate and intercompany notes hereafter acquired by such Pledgor and all certificates, instruments or agreements evidencing such intercompany notes, and all assignments, amendments, restatements, supplements, extensions, renewals, replacements or modifications thereof to the extent permitted pursuant to the terms hereof.

  • Existing Secured Notes means the previously issued debt securities of the Issuers outstanding on the date hereof.

  • Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans together with the Repurchase Assets related to such Mortgage Loans transferred by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • Receivables means the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Documents, Investment Property, Instruments and any other rights or claims to receive money which are General Intangibles or which are otherwise included as Collateral.

  • Lead Securitization Notes means Note A-1-A, Note A-1-B, Note A-1-C, Note A-1-D, Note A-1-E, Note B-1, Note B-2, Note B-3, Note B-4 and Note B-5 for so long as any such note is included in the Lead Securitization.

  • Company Notes means the 2.50% Convertible Senior Notes due 2022 issued by the Company pursuant to the Company Notes Indenture.
