Secondary Position Detail definition

Secondary Position Detail means a Detail in which no more than three products are presented, in which key attributes of the Product are verbally presented consistent with the terms of this Agreement and applicable laws, and where the Product is given significant emphasis (i.e., an emphasis that is more important than the emphasis given to any other product presented (other than the product that is presented as the First Position Detail)).
Secondary Position Detail means the meaningful presentation of the Shire Product to a Call Plan Physician by a Sales Force member in which the Shire Product is presented immediately after the presentation of the product that receives the majority of the time and focus of the Call.
Secondary Position Detail means a Detail in which a Party’s sales representative promotes Licensed Product in the Secondary Position.

More Definitions of Secondary Position Detail

Secondary Position Detail means a Detail during which key product attributes of a Product are verbally promoted and detailed in the second position on such Detail; provided, however, that no more than one presentation in any Detail shall be considered a Secondary Position Detail, which shall be the presentation on which the second-most time is spent during the Detail.
Secondary Position Detail means, with respect to the Product, a Detail in which key attributes of the Product are orally presented consistent with the terms of this Agreement, where the Product is given significant but not primary emphasis (i.e., an emphasis that is at least or more important than the emphasis given to any other product presented other than the product that is presented as a Primary Position Detail), as a second position detail.
Secondary Position Detail means a Detail in which key Product attributes are verbally presented in the second position, consistent with the terms of this Agreement, where the Product is given significant but not primary emphasis (i.e., an emphasis that is at least or more important than the emphasis given to any product presented other than the product that is presented in the Primary Position Detail), and where no more than three (3) products are presented.
Secondary Position Detail means a promotional message involving a Product delivered by a Representative during a face-to face contact with a Target Prescriber in which key product attributes are verbally presented after presenting a detail for another product, consistent with the terms of this Agreement, and where such Product is given an important but not primary emphasis, and shall be at least [...***...] of the total time of such face-to face contact. A Secondary Position Detail shall meet all of the requirements for a Detail, except as specified in this Section 1.101 and Section 5.5(b)(ii).
