Target Prescriber definition

Target Prescriber means one of the specifically identified Prescribers within a Sales Representative's territory to be detailed by the Sales Representative.
Target Prescriber means, with respect to the Products, one of the specifically identified Professionals within a Sales Representative’s Territory to be Called upon by the Sales Representative based on CLIENT’s proprietary analysis of physician opportunities as set forth in CLIENT’s Call Plan.
Target Prescriber will mean a prescriber identified as a member of the target audience to whom the Parties shall Co-Promote the Co-Promoted Product as defined in the applicable Co-Promotion Plan.

  • Generally, a VCS Sales Representative is expected to use the Product Literature (and only the Product Literature) when making a Call and to leave one or more copies of the Product Literature and full prescribing information with the Target Prescriber as part of the Call.

Target Prescriber means, with respect to the Licensed Product, one of the specifically identified Professionals within a Sales Representative’s territory to be called upon by the Sales Representative based on ENDO’s proprietary analysis of physician opportunities as set forth in ENDO’s call plan, as described on Schedule 4.4(d).
Target Prescriber means a medical professional with prescribing authority (including nurse practitioners and physician assistants with actual prescribing authority) who is identified in the applicable Strategic Targeting Plan.
Target Prescriber means a practitioner with authority to prescribe the Products or issue hospital orders for the Products, or with substantial influence over the prescription of the Products or issuance of hospital orders for the Products, in the Field in the Territory as identified in the Commercialization Plan.
