Unless the breach is not curable, or unless circumstances do not permit an opportunity to cure, termination upon declared breach may be exercised only after service of formal written notice as specified in Section 2, Notice, and the subsequent failure of the breaching party within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of that notice to provide evidence, satisfactory to the aggrieved party, showing that the declared breach has been corrected.
