Section 3 Resident definition

Section 3 Resident means (a) a public housing resident; or (b) an individual who lives in Miami-Dade County, and who is a low-, or very low-income person; or (c) A person seeking the training and employment preference provided by section 3 bears the responsibility of providing evidence (if requested) that the person is eligible for the preference.
Section 3 Resident means: i. a public housing resident; or

Section 3 Resident means an individual who is at least 18 years of age, who.1 Maintains his or her full-time principal residence at any of the public housing developments owned by the Authority and who is listed on the lease as a residentor.2 Is a low-or very-low income resident of the Boston metropolitan area.
Section 3 Resident. An individual residing in the Section 3 local area that can document that he/she is one or more of the following: Subcontractor: Any entity (other than a person who is an employee of the contractor) which has a contract with a contractor to undertake a portion of the contractor's obligation for the performance of work generated by the expenditure of Section 3 covered assistance, or arising in connection with a Section 3 covered project.

Section 3(b)(2) of the 1937Act defines this term to mean families (including single persons) whose incomes do not exceed 80 per centum of the median income for the area, as determined by the Secretary of HUD (with adjustments in the income ceilings by the Secretary of HUD from time to time); or (ii) A "Very-Low Income Person," as this term is defined in section 3(b)(2) of the 1937 Act [42 U.S.C. 1437a(b)(2)], which defines this term to mean families (including single persons) whose incomes do not exceed 50 per centum of the median family income for the area, as determined by HUD (with adjustments by the Secretary of HUD in the income ceilings from time to time).
Section 3 Resident means either (1) a public housing resident; or (2) a low- or very low-income person residing in the metropolitan area or the City.

Section 3 Resident means: A public housing resident; Other DCHA Voucher Program participant; or An individual who resides in the District of Columbia metropolitan area and who is a low- or very low-income person; and
