Secured Creditor Trust Agreement definition

Secured Creditor Trust Agreement means the agreement establishing and delineating the terms and conditions of the Secured Creditor Trust. The Secured Creditor Trust shall not impose any obligations on the Debtors or the Liquidating Debtors without the consent of the Debtors and the Committee.
