Securities Insurer Reimbursement Amount. As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (x) (i) Insured Payments previously received by the Indenture Trustee and not previously repaid to the Securities Insurer pursuant to Section 5.03(c) hereof plus (ii) interest accrued on such Insured Payment not previously repaid calculated at the Late Payment Rate from the date the Indenture Trustee received such Insured Payment and (y) (i) the amount of any Premium not paid on the date due and (ii) interest on such amount at the Late Payment Rate.
