Securities Registry definition

Securities Registry means a company, organisation or firm that is appointed by an Issuer to maintain its Securities registers and that is able to access the Legal Title Transfer System to enable that company, organisation or firm to register the transfer of Securities of that Issuer;
Securities Registry means a person who, on behalf of an issuer, engages in:

Securities Registry means the Eastern Caribbean Central Securities Registry Limited or such other securities registry licensed by the Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission established by Article 3 of the Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission Agreement dated 24 November, 2000.

Securities Registry means the register kept by the Eastern Caribbean Central Securities Depository Limited;
Securities Registry means the register of a legal owner of the Securities issued by the Issuer maintained on behalf of the Issuer by AIX Registrar for the time being; Representatives: means, in relation to a Party, its employees, officers, representatives and advisers all duly authorised by the Party;
Securities Registry means a company, organisation or firm that is appointed by an Issuer to maintain its Securities registers and that is able to access the Settlement System to enable that company, organisation or firm to register the holdings of the Securities of that Issuer transferred via the Settlement System;
Securities Registry means the Securities Registry kept by the SVS.
