Securitized Assets definition

Securitized Assets means all assets owned by the Securitization Entities, including but not limited to the Collateral and the Real Estate Assets.

  • In addition to any rights and remedies now or hereafter granted hereunder or under applicable law (x) with respect to the Collateral, the Trustee shall have all of the rights and remedies of a secured party under the UCC as enacted in any applicable jurisdiction and (y) with respect to the other Securitized Assets, the Trustee shall have all of the rights and remedies of an unsecured creditor in any applicable jurisdiction.
