Securitized Assets definition

Securitized Assets means all assets owned by the Securitization Entities, including but not limited to the Collateral and the Real Estate Assets.

  • Securitized Assets: Securitization is a structured finance process which involves pooling and repackaging of cashflow producing financial assets into securities that are then sold to investors.
