Security Agents definition

Security Agents means the Collateral Agent and the Co-Collateral Agent.
Security Agents shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Any payments in respect of the Parallel Debt and any proceeds received by the Security Agent may in the case of an insolvency of the Security Agent not be separated from the Security Agent's other assets, so the Secured Parties accept a credit risk on the Security Agent.

More Definitions of Security Agents

Security Agents means the Bond Trustee, and as applicable, each of the Onshore Security Agent and the Offshore Security Agent or any successor Security Agent, acting for and on behalf of the Secured Parties in accordance with any Security Agency Agreement or any other Finance Document.
