Note Security Agent definition

Note Security Agent means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., in its capacity as agent for the holders of the Senior Secured Notes.

  • Upon delivery of such notice of exercise of access rights by ABL Agent to Note Security Agent, the parties shall confer in good faith to coordinate with respect to ABL Agent’s exercise of such access rights.

Note Security Agent means (a) the Existing 2013 Note Security Agent, (b) the Existing 2015 Note Security Agent and (c) each “Additional Note Security Agent” as defined in a Joinder Agreement.

  • Note Security Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any Note Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.
