Security Annex definition

Security Annex means each of the 1994 NY Annex, the VM NY Annex, the VM NY Annex with Korean Pledge Addendum and the IM NY Annex;
Security Annex means the technical and organizational security measures implemented by CA for the protection of Personal Data, set forth in Annex 2Security of Processing – GDPR Art. 32”. To the extent that the terms of the CA Security Practices Document and the terms of the Security Annex conflict, the terms of the Security Annex 2 shall govern with respect to the security measures and protection of Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
Security Annex means this Annex B.

  • Security Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Security Agreement.

  • Patent Security Agreement means each Patent Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit B.

  • Intellectual Property Security Agreement Supplement means, collectively, any intellectual property security agreement supplement entered into in connection with, and pursuant to the terms of, any Intellectual Property Security Agreement.

  • Collateral Assignment means, with respect to any Contracts, the original instrument of collateral assignment of such Contracts by the Company, as Seller, to the Collateral Agent, substantially in the form included in Exhibit A hereto.

  • Borrower Security Agreement means the Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Borrower and the Agent.
