Security Sum definition

Security Sum means the security:

Security Sum means the security either in the form of a Bank Guarantee or cash, provided or to be provided by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for the provision of access to the Facilities and/or Services which amount is detailed in Clause 11(d) hereof.

Security Sum means the security, either in the form of a Bank Guarantee or cash, deposited with Pancar Bakti for the supply of Facilities listed on the Access List Determination which is more particularly described in Section 4.3; and which amount is equivalent to the Minimum Value

Examples of Security Sum in a sentence

• At the request of the User and in consideration of GGT agreeing to accept this undertaking in lieu of lodgment by the User of a cash deposit in the amount of the Security Sum the Surety unconditionally undertakes to pay on demand to GGT any sum which from time to time may be demanded by GGT to a maximum of the Security Sum.

• For the purpose of clarification, the Security Sum does not relieve the Access Seeker from its obligations to pay amounts to CT Sabah as they become due and payable, nor does it constitute a waiver of the CT Sabah’s right to suspend, disconnect, or terminate the relevant Facilities or Services due to non-payment of any sums due or payable to CT Sabah.

• The amount of the initial Security Sum for each Facility or Services shall be as stipulated respective Facility or Services description.

• For the purpose of clarification, the Security Sum does not relieve the Access Seeker from its obligations to pay amounts to SACOFA as they become due and payable, nor does it constitute a waiver of the SACOFA’s right to suspend, disconnect, or terminate the relevant Facilities or Services due to non-payment of any sums due or payable to SACOFA.

• For avoidance of doubt, in event the Access Seeker does not made payment of the Security Sum, the Facilities and/or Services shall not be provided by SACOFA.

More Definitions of Security Sum
