SEESA Payments Deed definition

SEESA Payments Deed means the Deed dated 18 December 2001 between the SEESA Payer, the Ansett Group and the Voluntary Administrators setting out the terms on which SEESA Payments are to be paid to the Voluntary Administrators or the Deed Administrators and the priority in which such payments shall be repaid, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 2;

Related to SEESA Payments Deed

  • the Macfarlane (Special Payments) (No. 2) Trust means the trust of that name, established on 3rd May 1991 partly out of funds provided by the Secretary of State, for the benefit of certain persons suffering from haemophilia and other beneficiaries;

  • the Macfarlane (Special Payments) Trust means the trust of that name, established on 29th January 1990 partly out of funds provided by the Secretary of State, for the benefit of certain persons suffering from haemophilia;

  • Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.

  • Interest Free Security Deposit/ Performance Security means interest free amount to be deposited by the Licensee with DMRC as per terms and conditions of License Agreement as a security against the performance of the License Agreement.

  • DED-OESE means the DED office of elementary and secondary education.

  • Penalty Charge means a penalty charge which is payable by virtue of paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to this Act;
