Selection Appeal definition

Selection Appeal means an appeal against selection or non-selection brought in accordance with clause 14 of the NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation. Selection Date means the date on which the NZOC publicly announces that you have been selected to the Team, in accordance with clause 10.8 of the NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation.
Selection Appeal means an appeal against selection or non- selection brought in accordance with clause 12.2 of this Agreement.
Selection Appeal has the meaning given to it in clause 9.5 below.

Examples of Selection Appeal in a sentence

  • The NZOC may decide not to select a Nominated Athlete or to terminate the Athlete Agreement of a Selected Athlete (and in so doing withdraw a Selected Athlete from the Team) and select another Nominated Athlete in their place as a result of a Nomination Appeal or Selection Appeal which is upheld and brought in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The SOCGA may decide not to select a Nominated Athlete or to terminate the Athlete Agreement of a Selected Athlete (and in so doing withdraw a Selected Athlete from the Team) and select another Nominated Athlete in their place as a result of a Nomination Appeal or Selection Appeal which is upheld and brought in accordance with this Agreement.


More Definitions of Selection Appeal

Selection Appeal means an appeal against selection or non-selection brought in accordance with clause 14.2 of this Regulation.
Selection Appeal means an appeal by an Athlete against their non-selection brought in accordance with the PNZ Selection Regulation. Selection Date means the date on which the Chief Executive publicly announces which Athletes have been selected to the Games Team in accordance with the PNZ Selection Regulation.
Selection Appeal means an appeal against selection or non-selection brought “in accordance with Clause 9 of this Agreement”; but Clause 9 includes Clause 9.2 for “Nomination Appeals”.

Related to Selection Appeal

  • Review Board has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(i) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Appeals Panel means a panel appointed by the Chief Compliance Officer pursuant to Rule 620.

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Election Assistance Commission means the commission established by Public
