Selection Appeal definition

Selection Appeal means an appeal against selection or non-selection brought in accordance with clause 14 of the NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation. Selection Date means the date on which the NZOC publicly announces that you have been selected to the Team, in accordance with clause 10.8 of the NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation.
Selection Appeal means an appeal against selection or non- selection brought in accordance with clause 12.2 of this Agreement.
Selection Appeal has the meaning given to it in clause 9.5 below.

Selection Appeal means an appeal against selection or non-selection brought in accordance with clause 14.2 of this Regulation.
Selection Appeal means an appeal by an Athlete against their non-selection brought in accordance with the PNZ Selection Regulation. Selection Date means the date on which the Chief Executive publicly announces which Athletes have been selected to the Games Team in accordance with the PNZ Selection Regulation.
