Seller Option definition

Seller Option means the option granted to the Buyer pursuant to the Seller Option Agreement.

Seller Option means an option to purchase a share of Seller Common Stock granted under the Seller Stock Plans.

Seller Option shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.7 hereof.

More Definitions of Seller Option

Seller Option means an option to purchase shares of Seller Common Stock granted pursuant to the Seller Stock Benefit Plans and outstanding as of the date hereof, as set forth in the Disclosure Letter.

Seller Option means each outstanding option award, whether vested or unvested, issued by the Seller pursuant to the Seller Share Plan that entitles the holder thereof to purchase Seller Shares upon the vesting of such award.
