Seller Technology definition

Seller Technology means all Technology owned by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries.
Seller Technology means (i) the inventions, designs, discoveries and processes claimed in the Seller Patents and (ii) the Seller Know-How.
Seller Technology means Technology that is used in, held for use in, or necessary to, the operation of the Business, including the development, use, provision, operation, sale, lease, license, support and maintenance of the Platform.

More Definitions of Seller Technology

Seller Technology means (i) Seller’s Background Intellectual Property Rights, and (ii) any Intellectual Property Rights developed by Seller that do not constitute Buyer Technology.
Seller Technology means all Technology, Software and Data that is owned by any of the Asset Sellers other than the Company Technology.

Seller Technology has the meaning assigned in Section 5.15(a).
Seller Technology shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.19(c)(v) hereof.
Seller Technology means any and all Technology that, as of the Closing, both (a) is owned or purported to be owned by Sellers or their respective Subsidiaries (through ownership or purported ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights embodied thereby or, where such Technology is not protected by Intellectual Property Rights, by virtue of the Technology having been developed by or for Sellers or their respective Subsidiaries), and (b) is primarily used, primarily held for use, necessary, or otherwise primarily related to the Seller Products and the Product Operations, including the Technology set forth on Section 1.1(g) of the Sellers Disclosure Schedules.
