Sellers Disclosure Schedules definition

Sellers Disclosure Schedules means the disclosure schedules delivered by Seller to Buyer immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement.

Sellers Disclosure Schedules shall have the meaning given to such term in Article III hereof.

More Definitions of Sellers Disclosure Schedules

Sellers Disclosure Schedules means the disclosure schedules delivered by the Seller Parties to the Buyer Parties immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement.
