Selling Fund Shares means the outstanding shares of each class of Selling Fund.

  • The value of the net assets of Selling Fund is determined using portfolio valuation methods that comply in all material respects with the requirements of the Investment Company Act and the policies of Selling Fund and all purchases and redemptions of Selling Fund Shares have been effected at the net asset value per share calculated in such manner.
