Senior Academic Administrator definition

Senior Academic Administrator means Deans and Associate Deans, University Librarian and Associate University Librarian, Vice-President (Academic) and Associate Vice-President (Academic), Vice-President (Research) and Associate Vice-President (Research), Vice-President (Administration) and Associate Vice-President (Finance & Administration) and President, or a person authorized to act in that capacity.
Senior Academic Administrator means the concerned dean of an FSU professional school. If the Respondent is associated with more than one professional school at FSU, the President shall specify which of the affected deans shall act as the Senior Academic Administrator. In cases of actual or apparent conflict of interest, the President may specify a different individual to act as Senior Academic Administrator.
Senior Academic Administrator means an individual who is appointed by the Board in an academic leadership position, including the Provost and Vice-President, Academic, the Vice- President, Research and Graduate Studies and any other position of equivalent rank and responsibility as determined by the Board.

  • In publicizing the finding of no Academic Misconduct, the Senior Academic Administrator shall be guided by whether public announcements will be harmful or beneficial in restoring any reputation(s) that may have been damaged.
