Senior Attorney definition

Senior Attorney means every Attorney who has been a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court in any State and in the District of Columbia in good standing for 40 or more years. An Attorney who has been a member of another state’s bar has the burden of verifying the 40 or more year status to the satisfaction of the Commission.
Senior Attorney means the newly established status of Senior Attorney, a term to describe the title to be confirmed on Senior Attorneys who have achieved that status in the judgment of their peers, which status will be deemed to have been conferred on an attorney only on his or her appointment as Senior Attorney by the President of the Republic of South Africa;
Senior Attorney means an attorney upon whom the President has conferred senior status as provided for in section 108;
