Senior Note Collateral definition

Senior Note Collateral shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Senior Note Collateral means all the property and assets of Borrower, both real and personal, movable and immovable, tangible and intangible of whatsoever nature and kind now owned or hereafter acquired and wherever located, including, without limitation, the following:
Senior Note Collateral shall have the meaning given the term "Collateral" set forth in the Senior Note Security Documents, provided, however, that the term Senior Note Collateral as used herein shall not include the Shared Collateral.

  • The Leasing Company is the legal, record and beneficial owner of the Collateral existing on the Issue Date (the "Existing Collateral"), free and clear of any Lien or claims of any person except for the Liens listed on Schedule D attached hereto and the Liens created by this Security Agreement, the Leasing Company Escrow Account Agreement and any of the other Senior Note Collateral Documents.

  • Each of the Lenders and the Issuing Bank hereby irrevocably appoints The Bank of New York, to act on its behalf as the Senior Note Collateral Agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents and authorizes such Agent to take such actions on its behalf and to exercise such powers as are delegated to such Agent by the terms hereof or thereof, together with such actions and powers as are reasonably incidental thereto.

Senior Note Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).
Senior Note Collateral means (a) the Equipment, (b) the Real Property, (c) the Senior Note Intangibles, (d) the Intellectual Property, (e) all other Collateral, in each case excluding the Revolving Loan Collateral and (f) all products and proceeds of the foregoing, in any form, including insurance proceeds and all claims against third parties for loss or damage to or destruction of or other involuntary conversion of any kind or nature of any or all of the other Senior Note Collateral, but excluding the Revolving Loan Collateral and the Excluded Assets (if any).
Senior Note Collateral means all "collateral" referred to in the Senior Note Collateral Documents and all other Property or assets that become subject to a Lien in favor of the Senior Note Trustee or a collateral agent for the benefit of the Senior Trustee and the holders of the Senior Notes and, if the Senior Notes are outstanding and the Senior Note Indenture so requires, for the benefit of the Senior Note Trustee and the equal and ratable benefit of the Holders of Senior Notes, but Senior Note Collateral shall not include the Collateral.
Senior Note Collateral means the "Collateral" as identified and defined in the Senior Note Indenture.

  • Indenture Collateral has the meaning set forth in the Granting Clause of the Indenture.
