Series 1994A Bonds definition

Series 1994A Bonds means the Issuer’s $7,700,000 Variable Rate Demand Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Roller Bearing Company of America, Inc. Project) Series 1994A.
Series 1994A Bonds means the $10,500,000 Natural Gas Facilities Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 1994A (New Jersey Natural Gas Company Project).
Series 1994A Bonds means the District's State Revolving Fund Revenue Bonds, Series 1994A, issued pursuant to the Indenture. "Series 1994A Resolution" means the Series Resolution adopted by the Board of Water and Natural Resources on February 3, 1994 in connection with the issuance and sale of the Series 1994A Bonds.

  • If at any time the Issuer shall request the Trustee to enter into any such Supplemental Indenture for any of the purposes of this Section, the Trustee shall cause notice of the proposed execution of such Supplemental Indenture to be mailed to each Bondowner, each owner of the Series 1994A Bonds and the Credit Enhancer (and a copy of such proposed Supplemental Indenture shall be mailed with such notice to the Credit Enhancer.

  • The Series 1994A Bonds, maturing July 1, 2024, are a tax-exempt issuance used to fund construction of the Icahn Medical Institute and were partially refunded and refinanced with the Series 2010A Bonds, of which, the School made its final debt service payment in July 2021.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.
