Series 2 Shares definition

Series 2 Shares means the Class A Preference Shares, Series 2 of BRP Equity. “Series 3 Shares” means the Class A Preference Shares, Series 3 of BRP Equity. “Series 4 Shares” means the Class A Preference Shares, Series 4 of BRP Equity. “Series 5 Shares” means the Class A Preference Shares, Series 5 of BRP Equity. “Series 6 Shares” means the Class A Preference Shares, Series 6 of BRP Equity.

Series 2 Shares means the Cumulative 5-Year Rate Reset First Preference Shares, Series 2, in the capital of the Corporation.

Series 2 Shares means the Class A Preference Shares, Series 2 of the Corporation.

Examples of Series 2 Shares in a sentence

• The voting rights attaching to Series 2 Shares shall be identical to those attaching to Series 1 Shares.

• However, the Series 2 Shares as a Class shall be precluded from voting on any resolution relating to the appointment, removal or replacement of any Director of the Company.

Series 2 Shares has the meaning attributed to it in the introductory paragraph to these Series 2 Share Provisions.

Series 2 Shares means the non-cumulative floating rate Class D Shares, series 2 of Concentra.
