Series 2019C Bonds definition

Series 2019C Bonds means the Bonds authorized by Article II of this Series 2019C Resolution;
Series 2019C Bonds means, the Issuer’s Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, 2019C, authorized to be issued by this Series Ordinance and particularly by Section 2 hereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Series 2019C Bonds means the City of Fishers, Indiana Taxable Economic Development Revenue Bonds, Series 2019C (The Stations Project).

Series 2019C Bonds means the State of Texas Water Financial Assistance Refunding Bonds, Series 2019C, authorized to be issued in accordance with the terms of this Resolution and the terms and conditions set forth in the Approval Certificate relating thereto, including any subseries.
Series 2019C Bonds means the City of Fishers, Indiana Taxable Economic Development Revenue Bonds, Series 2019C (The Stations Project) in the aggregate principal amount of $ .

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • 2022 Notes means the 4.875% Senior Notes due 2022, originally issued by Rowan Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Initial Bonds means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.

  • Transition bonds means bonds, notes, certificates of

  • A Notes means each Note that has a designation starting with “A”, either individually or in the aggregate as the context may require.

  • 2013 Notes means the 4.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2023 and the 5.950% Senior Secured Notes due 2043 issued by the Issuer on March 18, 2013.

  • Subsequent Bonds means any Bonds issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • 2014 Notes means (i) the 4.850% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 issued by the Issuer on March 18, 2014 and (ii) the 4.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 and the 5.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2034 issued by the Issuer on August 21, 2014.

  • B Notes means each of Note B-1 and Note B-2.

  • 2016 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$460,000,000 of 4.25% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2016 issued pursuant to the 2016 Note Indenture.

  • Parity Bonds means bonds payable from the revenues of the System other than the Bonds but issued on a parity and equality with the Bonds pursuant to the restrictive provisions of Section 11 of this Resolution;

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • Current Interest Bonds means Bonds of a Series the interest on which is payable at least annually.

  • Surety Bonds means surety bonds obtained by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary consistent with market practice and the indemnification or reimbursement obligations of the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary in connection therewith.

  • Exchange Note Collection Account means the account established under Section 4.1(a) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $2,348,000 of the Series B Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 and 2022 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2, and may include all of those Original Bonds.

  • Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 4.867% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.
