Series A Liquidation Preference Amount definition

Series A Liquidation Preference Amount means, with respect to any Series A Preferred Unit Outstanding at the time of the liquidation of the Partnership, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Unpaid Series A Preferred Yield plus (ii) the Series A Preferred Investment Amount.
Series A Liquidation Preference Amount means, with respect to a share of Series A Preferred Stock, the sum of (i) the Series A Original Price (as defined in the Company Charter), plus (ii) the Series A Dividend Amount.
Series A Liquidation Preference Amount means the Series A Preferred Issue Price plus the Accrued Preferred Return applicable to such Series A Preferred Unit.
