Series A Liquidation Preference Amount definition

Series A Liquidation Preference Amount means, with respect to any Series A Preferred Unit Outstanding at the time of the liquidation of the Partnership, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Unpaid Series A Preferred Yield plus (ii) the Series A Preferred Investment Amount.
Series A Liquidation Preference Amount means an amount per share of Company Series A Preferred Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time equal to (A) $100.00 plus (B) all accrued and unpaid dividends on such share of Series A Preferred Stock as of such time.
