Series A Subordinated Debentures definition

Series A Subordinated Debentures means the $12,000,000 principal amount of Series A Subordinated Debentures of the Holding Company in substantially the form included in Article II of the Series A Subordinated Debenture Indenture, and which shall be issued with the Series A Increasing Warrants to the Aero Preferred Holders and the Closing Investors at the Closing.
Series A Subordinated Debentures means the $28,350,525.00 aggregate principal amount of the Depositor's 9.0% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures, Series A, issued pursuant to the Indenture.
Series A Subordinated Debentures has the meaning specified in Recital A.

  • Junior Subordinated Debentures means the aggregate principal amount of the Depositor's ____% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures, due ________ __, 2027, issued pursuant to the Indenture.

  • Subordinated Debentures means the debentures exchangeable by the Company for the Preferred Stock in accordance with the Certificate of Designations therefor.

  • Series A Debentures means the 8.675% Series A Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due February 1, 2027 of the Debenture Issuer issued pursuant to the Indenture.
