Series B Certificates definition

Series B Certificates means the Taxable New Jobs Training Certificates (Multiple Projects 46-B) of the College in an aggregate principal amount of $5,480,000 authorized to be issued under this Resolution and the Supplemental Act.

Series B Certificates means the "Series B Loan Certificates" issued --------------------- pursuant to Section 2.02(a) and any such certificates issued in exchange or replacement therefor pursuant to Section 2.08 or 2.09.

Series B Certificates shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals.

• These certificates of participation were issued to refund the City's Certificates of Participation (Conference Center Project), 2006 Series B Certificates of Participation and finance the costs of execution of the 2008 Series A Certificates of Participation.

Series B Certificates means one or more, as the context may require, of the 7.144% Pass Through Certificates issued on the Construction Closing Date by the Series B Pass Through Trust and any certificates issued in replacement therefor pursuant to Section 3.5 of the Series B Pass Through Trust Agreement.

Series B Certificates means the $ aggregate principal amount of 2020 Wastewater Revenue Certificates of Participation, Series B, executed and delivered hereunder and at any time Outstanding.

Series B Certificates shall have the meaning given to it in Section 5 hereto.
