Series B Dividend Period definition

Series B Dividend Period means the period from and including a Series B Dividend Payment Date to, but excluding, the next Series B Dividend Payment Date, except that the initial Series B Dividend Period will commence on and include the original issue date of Series B Preferred Stock.
Series B Dividend Period means the respective periods commencing on and including March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 of each year and ending on and including the day preceding the first day of the next succeeding Series B Dividend Period (other than the Initial Series B Dividend Period and other than the Series B Dividend Period during which any shares of Series B Preferred Stock shall be redeemed pursuant to Section 5 or Section 6 (and that is not a Series B Dividend Period of the type contemplated bySection 7(d)), which, solely with respect to the shares of Series B Preferred Stock being redeemed, shall end on and include the redemption date with respect to the shares of Series B Preferred Stock being redeemed).
Series B Dividend Period means the period from and including, the Series B Initial Issue Date of such series to, but not including, the first Dividend Payment Date and thereafter, each calendar quarter period, including any Series B Dividend Payment Date to, but not including, the next Series B Dividend Payment Date.
