After payment of the full amount of the liquidation preference, plus any accumulated and unpaid dividends for the then current Series B Dividend Period, to which holders of Series B Preferred Stock are entitled, holders of Series B Preferred Stock will have no right or claim to any remaining assets of the Bank.
Dividends shall accumulate from the first day of any Series B Dividend Period to but excluding the immediately succeeding Series B Dividend Payment Date.
