Series E Redemption Price definition

Series E Redemption Price has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 16.6(a).
Series E Redemption Price in such Section shall be read to mean the original Capital Contribution per Series E Preferred Unit being redeemed plus all accrued and unpaid distributions to the redemption date.
Series E Redemption Price shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5(b) of Article V.C hereof.

  • If payment of the Series E Redemption Price is improperly withheld or refused and not paid by the Partnership, distributions on such Series E Preferred Units will continue to accumulate from the original redemption date to the date of payment, in which case the actual payment date will be considered the date fixed for redemption for purposes of calculating the applicable Series E Redemption Price.

More Definitions of Series E Redemption Price

Series E Redemption Price for each Series E Preferred Share redeemed pursuant to Section 16.1 above shall be the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the original issue price of the Series E Preferred Shares (adjusted for any share splits, share dividends, combinations, recapitalizations and similar transactions) and all dividends declared and unpaid with respect to per Series E Preferred Share then held by such Series E Shareholder, plus eight percent (8%) compounded annual interest of the combined above thereof commencing from the date of the Closing.
