Series Finance Charge Amounts Shortfall definition

Series Finance Charge Amounts Shortfall means, with respect to any Distribution Date with respect to the Series 2005-1, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate amount targeted to be paid or applied pursuant to Sections 3.01(a) through (f) for any Distribution Date over (b) the Series 2005-1 Finance Charge Amounts (excluding any amounts to be treated as Series 2005-1 Finance Charge Amounts pursuant to Section 3.17(a)) for such Distribution Date.
Series Finance Charge Amounts Shortfall means, with respect to any Distribution Date with respect to the Card Series, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate amount targeted to be paid or applied pursuant to Sections 3.01(a) through (g) for any Distribution Date over (b) the Card Series Finance Charge Amounts (excluding any amounts to be treated as Card Series Finance Charge Amounts pursuant to Section 3.27(a)) for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that the Issuer, when authorized by an Officer’s Certificate, may amend or otherwise modify this definition of Series Finance Charge Amounts Shortfall provided the Note Rating Agencies confirm in writing that the amendment or modification will not cause a Ratings Effect with respect to any Outstanding Notes.
Series Finance Charge Amounts Shortfall means, with respect to any Distribution Date with respect to the Series 2007-1, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate amount targeted to be paid or applied pursuant to Sections 3.01(a) through (f) for any Distribution Date over (b) the Series 2007-1 Finance Charge Amounts (excluding any amounts to be treated as Series 2007-1 Finance Charge Amounts pursuant to Section 3.17(a)) for such Distribution Date.

Related to Series Finance Charge Amounts Shortfall

  • Finance Charge Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.09.

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Investor Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the Floating Allocation Percentage for the related Due Period and (ii) Allocable Finance Charge Collections deposited in the Collection Account for the related Due Period, minus (b) the aggregate amount of Servicer Interchange for the related Due Period.

  • Available Funds Shortfall As defined in Section 3.03(b)(ii)(A).

  • Finance charge means that term as defined in section 106 of the truth in lending act, 15 USC 1605.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Available Funds Shortfall Amount means, as of any Payment Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate amount required to be paid pursuant to clauses first through twelfth of Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement exceeds the Available Funds for such Payment Date.

  • Class B Note Principal Shortfall means, as of the close of any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class B Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount on that distribution date, over • the amount of principal actually distributed to the class B noteholders on that distribution date.

  • Note Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date and a Class of Notes, the sum of the Note Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Note Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Class of Notes. For all purposes of this Agreement and the other Basic Documents, interest with respect to the Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months; and interest with respect to the Class A-1 Notes shall be computed on the basis of the actual number of days in each applicable Interest Accrual Period, divided by 360.

  • Class A-P Collection Shortfall With respect to the Cash Liquidation or REO Disposition of a Discount Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the excess of the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(1) over the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(2).

  • Class A Note Principal Shortfall means, as of the close of any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount on that distribution date, over • the amount of principal actually distributed or allocated to the class A noteholders or deposited into the accumulation account on that distribution date.

  • Class A Note Interest Shortfall means, for any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount on the preceding distribution date, over • the amount of interest actually distributed to the class A noteholders on that preceding distribution date, plus interest on the amount of that excess, to the extent permitted by law, at the interest rate applicable for each related class of notes from that preceding distribution date to the current distribution date.

  • Collateral Shortfall Amount is defined in Section 8.1.

  • Class B Note Interest Shortfall means, for any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount on the preceding distribution date, over • the amount of interest actually distributed to the class B noteholders on that preceding distribution date, plus interest on the amount of that excess, to the extent permitted by law, at the class B note interest rate from that preceding distribution date to the current distribution date.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Series Principal Shortfall means with respect to any Transfer Date, the excess, if any, of (a) (i) with respect to any Transfer Date relating to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Controlled Deposit Amount for such Transfer Date, and (ii) with respect to any Transfer Date during the Rapid Amortization Period, the Adjusted Investor Interest over (b) the Investor Principal Collections minus the Reallocated Principal Collections for such Transfer Date.

  • Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Note Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, an amount equal to the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation for the related Distribution Date; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount on any day on which the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation cannot be determined because the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Accrual Period has not yet occurred, the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount shall be the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation determined based on a pro forma calculation made on the assumption that LIBOR will be LIBOR for the applicable period determined on the first day of such calendar month, multiplied by 1.25.

  • Note Interest Shortfall means, for a Class and a Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Accrued Note Interest for the prior Payment Date for the Class over the amount of interest that was paid to the Noteholders of that Class on the prior Payment Date, together with interest on the excess amount, to the extent lawful, at the Note Interest Rate for the Class for that Interest Period.

  • Note Monthly Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, interest accrued for the related Interest Accrual Period at the related Interest Rate for each Class of Notes on the Outstanding Amount of the Notes of each such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date (or, in the case of the first Payment Date, the original principal amount of each such Class of Notes), after giving effect to all distributions of principal to the Noteholders of each such Class on or prior to such Payment Date.

  • Cumulative Series Principal Shortfall means the sum of the Series Principal Shortfalls (as such term is defined in each of the related Series Supplements) for each Series in Group One.

  • Group II Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group II Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii)(a) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group II Allocation Percentage.

  • Net Finance Charges means, for the Reference Period, the Finance Charges according to the latest Financial Report(s), after deducting any interest payable for that Reference Period to any member of the Group and any interest income relating to cash or cash equivalent investment.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).
