Examples of Series H Units in a sentence
The holders of Series H Units have the right to reclassify their Series H Units to Series G Units on July 31, 2024 and on July 31 every five years thereafter.
The holders of Series G Units have the right to reclassify their Series G Units to Preferred Units, Series H (the "Series H Units"), subject to certain conditions, on July 31, 2019 and on July 31 every five years thereafter.
The Series H Units pay floating rate cumulative preferential distributions on a quarterly basis, at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.
The Fund currently offers six series of Units, namely Series A Units, Series F Units, Series FH Units, Series FT Units, Series H Units and Series T Units.
The Series A Units, Series E Units, Series G Units and Series I Units rank equally with each other and with the outstanding Series B Units, Series F Units, Series H Units and Series J Units into which they may be reclassified, and rank in priority to the trust units.

All dollar amounts referenced in this Subscription Agreement are in Canadian Dollars unless the Units being purchased are Series H Units or Series FH Units, which are offered in U.S. Dollars, in which case the Amount Invested specified in Item 2 of this Subscription Agreement and the Minimum Purchase for an Accredited Investor are in U.S. Dollars.
