Series J Units definition

Series J Units means the preferred units, Series J, of Artis, having the attributes set forth in the certificate of preferred unit terms in respect of the Series J Units which was approved by the Trustees as of January 31, 2018;
Series J Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • The Trust may offer Series J Units and admit additional Series J Unitholders and/or accept additional contributions from existing Series J Unitholders pursuant to the Memorandum as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • The Managing Owner and/or its Affiliates may maintain an investment in Series J Units in an amount as it shall determine in its sole discretion.

  • The Series A Units, Series E Units, Series G Units and Series I Units rank equally with each other and with the outstanding Series B Units, Series F Units, Series H Units and Series J Units into which they may be reclassified, and rank in priority to the trust units.

Related to Series J Units

  • Series A Units means Series A currency hedged mutual fund units or Series A non-currency hedged mutual fund units of a fund, as applicable.

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • Series B Preferred Units shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.

  • Series A Preferred Units has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(a).

  • Preferred Units means the Series A Preferred Units and the Series B Preferred Units.

  • Series C Preferred Units shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class B Common Units has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.

  • LP Units means the non-voting limited partnership units in the capital of BEP, other than the Preferred Units, including any LP Units issued pursuant to the Redemption-Exchange Mechanism.

  • OP Units means units of limited partnership interest in the Operating Partnership.

  • Series C Shares means the shares of Fixed Rate Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C, of the Company.

  • Partnership Units or “Units” has the meaning provided in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Membership Units means membership interests in the Company.

  • Series A Shares means shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company.

  • Series A Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately from the Closing Date and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Junior Units means Common Units and any other equity securities that the Partnership may issue in the future ranking, as to the payment of distributions, junior to the Series A Preferred Units.

  • Class C Shares means the shares of Class C common stock of the Company.

  • Company Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Series H Preferred Stock means the Corporation's Series H Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.004 per share.

  • Class C Units means the Class C Units of the Company.

  • Class D Units has the meaning ascribed to such term in the LLC Agreement.
