Series NAV definition

Series NAV means, with respect to a series of Shares of a Class, the net asset value determined from time to time in the manner set out in section 3(b) of Part I;
Series NAV means the Net Asset Value attributable to a Series of a Share Class.
Series NAV means net asset value of a series of a Fund.

Examples of Series NAV in a sentence

  • The daily fee accruals for each Series shall be computed by multiplying the fraction of one divided by the number of days in the calendar year by the applicable annual administration fee rate (as set forth in Schedule B hereto), and multiplying the product by the NAV of such Series, determined in the manner set forth in such Series' then-current Prospectus, as of the close of business on the last preceding business day on which such Series' NAV was determined.

  • In consideration thereof, JHVIT on behalf of the Acquiring Fund will (A) assume and pay, all of the known or unknown, fixed or contingent obligations and liabilities of the Acquired Fund and (B) issue and deliver to the Acquired Fund that number of full and fractional Series I, Series II, and Series NAV shares of beneficial interest of the Acquiring Fund as determined in Section 1(c) hereof.

  • Any Series I, Series II, and Series NAV shares of beneficial interest, par value $.01 per share, of the Acquired Fund (“Acquired Fund Shares”) held in the treasury of JHVIT at the Effective Time of the Reorganization (as defined in Section 1(b)(i) hereof) shall thereupon be retired.

  • The net asset value per share of Series I, Series II, and Series NAV shares of the Acquiring Fund shall be computed by the Custodian in the manner set forth in the Declaration of Trust or JHVIT’s By-laws (the “By-laws”) and then-current prospectus and statement of additional information and shall be computed to not less than two decimal places.

  • The holders of Series I, Series II, and Series NAV shares of the Acquired Fund will receive Series I, Series II, and Series NAV shares of the Acquiring Fund, respectively.

  • Each unitholder is entitled, at any time, to require the Fund to redeem all or any part of a unitholder’s units for an amount equal to the Series NAV per unit (as defined in the Trust Agreement), subject to certain restrictions.

  • The redemption price of the units of a Series of a Fund is based on the Series NAV per unit of that Series on a particular business day.

  • The subscription price per unit of the Series of units subscribed for pursuant to an application received and accepted by the Trustee prior to the valuation time on a valuation date will be the Series NAV per unit determined on the valuation date, and after such time on a valuation date or at any time on a date other than a valuation date will be Series NAV per unit determined on the next valuation date following such receipt and acceptance.

  • Your units will be redeemed within two (2) business days of the determination of the Series NAV per unit to be used for your redemption.

  • Units of the Funds are offered on a continuous basis at the Series NAV per unit as provided for in the section above entitled Calculation of Net Asset Value.

  • Series B or “Series B Equipment Notes” means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series B Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series B Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series B Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.

  • Series C or "Series C Equipment Notes" means Equipment Notes issued and designated as "Series C" hereunder, in the Principal Amount and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Section 2.02 and Schedule I hereto under the heading "Series C."

  • Series A Issue Price means $39.2253 per Series A Preferred Unit.

  • Series A Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately from the Closing Date and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
