Series Outstanding Amount definition

Series Outstanding Amount means, with respect to any Series of Notes, the amount specified as the “Series Outstanding Amount” in the related Indenture Supplement.
Series Outstanding Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (i) the Initial Series Outstanding Amount plus (ii) the aggregate amount of all Increases minus (iii) the aggregate amount of all Decreases minus (iv) without duplication, the aggregate amount of all Monthly Principal previously paid to the Series 2011-1 Noteholders.
Series Outstanding Amount means, with respect to any Series of Notes, the amount specified as the "Series Outstanding Amount" in the related Indenture Supplement.

Examples of Series Outstanding Amount in a sentence

  • If an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto affects only the Noteholders of a particular Series of Notes, then the consent of the Holders of a majority of the Series Outstanding Amount of such Series shall be required to such indenture or indenture supplemental.

Series Outstanding Amount means, with respect to any ------------------------- Series of Notes, the aggregate principal amount thereof.
