Series X Units definition

Series X Units means Series X currency hedged mutual fund units. “share” means an ETF Share or mutual fund share, as applicable. “sub-advisor” means Neuberger Berman Breton Hill ULC.

Examples of Series X Units in a sentence

  • The Series I and Series X Units are not subject to a management fee.

  • Series X Units have limited distribution and may only be purchased by specified parties.

  • Management fees in respect of Series I and Series X Units are agreed upon directly by the unitholders and the Manager and are paid by the unitholders to the Manager outside the Fund.

  • No Management Fee shall be payable on Series M Units or Series X Units of the Partnership.

  • All holders of Series A Units, Series B Units, Series E Units, Series F Units, Series P Units, Series M Units, and Series X Units resident in Canada are eligible to participate in the DRIP.

  • Each holder of Series A Units, Series B Units, Series E Units, Series F Units, Series P Units, Series M Units, and Series X Units shall be entitled to receive the amount received from the Partnership with respect to the Corresponding LP Unit of such Trust Units in the same manner as a distribution by the Fund after paying, retiring or discharging or making provision for the payment, retirement or discharge of all known liabilities and obligations of the Fund.

  • An account will be maintained by the Manager, or such other party as may be appointed by the Fund as plan agent, on behalf of the Fund, for each participant with respect to purchases of Series A Units, Series B Units, Series E Units, Series F Units, Series P Units, Series M Units, and Series X Units made under the DRIP for the participant’s account.

  • The terms of the Series M Units, Series X Units, Series M LP Units, and Series X LP Units are the same as the Series F Units and Series F LP Units of the Fund and thePartnership, respectively, provided that no Management Fee or Special Allocation is payable by the Fund or the Partnership on the Series M Units, Series X Units, Series M LP Units, or Series X LP Units.

Related to Series X Units

  • Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

  • Preferred Units means a Partnership Interest, including the Series A Preferred Units, designated as a “Preferred Unit,” which entitles the holder thereof to a preference with respect to distributions, or as to the distribution of assets upon any Liquidation Event, over Common Units.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class B Warrants means the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to 5 years, in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.

  • Series A Shares means Series A currency hedged mutual fund shares or Series A non-currency hedged mutual fund shares of a fund, as applicable.

  • Class A Shares means Class A ordinary shares, par value US$0.0001 per share, in the share capital of the Company.
