Series X Units definition

Series X Units means Series X currency hedged mutual fund units. “share” means an ETF Share or mutual fund share, as applicable. “sub-advisor” means Neuberger Berman Breton Hill ULC.

Examples of Series X Units in a sentence

  • The Series I and Series X Units are not subject to a management fee.

  • Series X Units have limited distribution and may only be purchased by specified parties.

  • Management fees in respect of Series I and Series X Units are agreed upon directly by the unitholders and the Manager and are paid by the unitholders to the Manager outside the Fund.

  • Each holder of Series A Units, Series B Units, Series E Units, Series F Units, Series P Units, Series M Units, and Series X Units shall be entitled to receive the amount received from the Partnership with respect to the Corresponding LP Unit of such Trust Units in the same manner as a distribution by the Fund after paying, retiring or discharging or making provision for the payment, retirement or discharge of all known liabilities and obligations of the Fund.

Related to Series X Units

  • Series A Units means Series A currency hedged mutual fund units or Series A non-currency hedged mutual fund units of a fund, as applicable.

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

  • Preferred Units means the Series A Preferred Units and the Series B Preferred Units.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class A Common Shares means the Class A Convertible Voting Common Shares of the Company, par value $1.00 per share.

  • LP Units means the non-voting limited partnership units in the capital of BEP, other than the Preferred Units, including any LP Units issued pursuant to the Redemption-Exchange Mechanism.

  • Series A Preferred Unit means a Preferred Unit having the designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties set forth in Article XVI.

  • Membership Units means membership interests in the Company.

  • Class C Shares means the shares of Class C common stock of the Company.

  • Series A Shares means the Company’s Series A Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share.

  • Class D Units has the meaning ascribed to such term in the LLC Agreement.

  • Class A Shares means the Class A ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class A Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.
