SERP Agreement definition

SERP Agreement means a written agreement between a Participant and the Bank in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
SERP Agreement means an agreement entered into between an Employer and a Participant pursuant to Section 2.1(c) providing for the Participant to receive benefits under this Plan which are different from the benefits received by Participants generally by reason of the application of the Tax Limits. A SERP Agreement may take the form of, or be included within, an employment agreement or settlement agreement.

  • No right or benefit under this Plan shall be subject to anticipation, alienation, sale, assignment, pledge, encumbrance, or charge, and any attempt to anticipate, alienate, sell, assign, pledge, encumber, or charge any right or benefit under this Plan or any SERP Agreement shall be void.

SERP Agreement means either (i) the Supplemental Retirement Agreement between the Executive and the Company or (ii) if there is no Supplemental Retirement Agreement between the Executive and the Company, the Banknorth Group, Inc. Supplemental Retirement Plan, as amended.

  • DSU Agreement means a written letter agreement between the Corporation and a Participant evidencing the grant of DSUs and the terms and conditions thereof, substantially in the form of Appendix “B”;
