Service Agreement Fee definition

Service Agreement Fee means any cash payment, including any such payment made in the form of a dividend, distribution or other profit entitlement, which the Service Providers determine to be comparable to the Base Management Fee, and which is payable by a Service Recipient to a member of the Brookfield Group;

Examples of Service Agreement Fee in a sentence

  • For the Services performed hereunder, the Fund shall pay the fees and expenses as mutually agreed upon by both parties and estimated in the Service Agreement Fee Schedule as amended from time to time (“Fee Schedule”).

  • In the event Passenger has failed to pay the Service Agreement Fee, or Provider has rejected or cancelled the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall be of no force or effect and Provider shall have no obligations to Passenger or any third party whatsoever.

  • CAs failing to pay the Service Agreement Fee and/or training invoices within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice, will be subject to CA suspension and will not be reinstated until all outstanding and current fees are paid.

  • Further, the Customer hereby agrees that all fees related to the Product including, without limitation, the Purchase Price, the Support Service Agreement Fee, Reregistration Fee, and any other costs paid by the Customer will not be returned to the Customer, and will be retained by the FLIP Consortium as liquidated damages.

  • Passenger shall elect the desired level of Baggage Retrieval services, with a corresponding Service Satisfaction Guarantee Limit of Liability, set forth in Section (d) below, and pay Provider the corresponding Service Agreement Fee, set forth in section (c), below.

  • FACILITY shall compensate PROVIDER based on the scope of service and the Service Agreement Fee Schedule outlined in Attachment A.

  • The Service Agreement Fee does not include any repairs done during the service.
