We shall provide the Services in accordance with the terms of the Contract, including any timelines or dates that are specified in the Service Delivery Document or Proposal in respect of the performance of the Services and any Service Levels.
The final SLAs may be varied by agreement between the Parties to those documented within the Proposal document or Service Delivery Document.
