Service Delivery Document definition

Service Delivery Document means Our document which sets out the detail on of the Services and/or the Products that will be provided to You, as will be appended to these General Terms and Conditions upon execution of the Service Delivery Document. The document comprises Part One – Support Services and Part Two – Technical Services.
Service Delivery Document means a document providing additional information regarding Services that Concorde Cyber Security may issue at its sole discretion in conjunction with Service Modules as part of the agreement.

  • For a Contract to exist, a Proposal and Service Delivery Document must be provided incorporating the relevant terms in accordance with clause 2.2 and executed by the parties in accordance with clause 2.3.
